As an FEP member, you get benefits that federal employees count on. But if you’re not signed up for MyBlue yet, you might be missing out on even more tools and resources.


MyBlue is our free member-only website that gives you access to smart, simple tools and resources. From finding care to giving you access to wellness incentives, here are four ways it can help you get more out of your coverage.

1. Finding care is faster
Ever wish you had a personal medical professional that could answer all your questions? With MyBlue, you do. You can chat with a nurse or send a secure message via the 24/7 Nurse Line. Whether you’re looking for general health advice or where to go for care, you can connect with a registered nurse. Any day and any night.

If you want to look for providers in your area, anyone can use our National Doctor and Hospital Finder tool. But members with a MyBlue account have access to an expanded directory that includes additional provider info. Plus, you can view procedure cost estimates for care to help you factor them into your finances and avoid surprise bills.

2. Managing your finances is simpler
Speaking of finances, managing them is an important part of your overall health and getting the most out of your healthcare coverage. MyBlue gives you access to easy-to-use tools and resources that can help.

When you make a monthly or annual budget, it’s a good idea to factor in potential costs of care. It’s not always easy to know how much you can expect to spend, though.

3. Reaching your health goals is more rewarding
We offer a lot of different wellness programs that can reward you when you take charge of your health. The first step to earning these incentive dollars and rewards is to sign up for MyBlue.

Whether you want to get active, reduce stress or manage serious conditions, there are programs that can help you get there. For example, eligible Standard Option and Basic Option members can earn up to $170 with our Wellness Incentive Program after completing their Blue Health Assessment and three goals using our online coaching tool, Daily Habits.**

4. Using the app is even better
The fepblue app lets you take your coverage on the go. With MyBlue, unlock more features that put benefits in the palm of your hand. Have you ever misplaced your member ID card? MyBlue and the fepblue app give you a digital version of your member ID card so you always have it when you need it. You can also use the app to connect to providers and get care through Teladoc Health.
