FEP Blue Basic® Members with Medicare Part A and Part B premiums can be reimbursed up to $800 each year.

The deadline to submit claims for MRA is changing. FEP Blue Basic® members have until April 30, 2027 to submit their claim for reimbursement for 2026. If you still have a claim to submit from 2025, you have until December 31, 2026 to complete your submission.

There are four easy ways to submit your MRA claim.

You can submit your claim online for fast processing in 1-2 days via an online portal or via the EZ Receipts app from the App Store® or Google Play™.

Or you can download your claim form at fepblue.org/mra and return via the following options. We process most claims within 10 days of receipt:

Fax the claim form along with copies of your proof of premium payment to 877-353-9236.
Mail the claim form along with copies of your proof of premium payment to P.O. Box 14053, Lexington, KY 40512.

Yes. We coordinate your Service Benefit Plan benefits with your Medicare coverage. If Medicare is your primary coverage (meaning Medicare pays first), we waive many of your out-of-pocket expenses. Learn more on our FEP & Medicare page.

Yes, the prescription benefit for all three of our Plans is considered “creditable coverage” under Medicare Part D.
