Support that Starts Close to Home
We're helping our members stay healthy starting right in their communities. From sponsoring wellness programs to volunteer events, we're committed to helping each and every member reach their health goals.
Better healthcare for all
We believe the best way to support wellness is on a personal level. We’re here to support our members’ health, not just at the doctor’s office or pharmacy, but in the communities they live in.
We support members through community events like volunteer projects, wellness events, sponsorships, and donations that reflect what matters to them.
Celebrating the Marine Corps Marathon
Every year, military families gather to participate in the Marine Corps Marathon—a race honoring our service members, their families and the ones lost along the way. Hear from participants about what being part of the BCBS FEP community means to them.

Stronger together
We're honored to support our members' communities alongside the organizations that stand beside us. Thank you to the Federal Employee, Postal and Uniformed Services organizations for your partnership.
Federal Employees and Postal Community Partners

FEEA (Federal Employee Education & Assistance Fund)
FEEA aligns closely with FEP’s commitment to supporting the overall well-being of federal employees and their families. Our partnership extends beyond healthcare by supporting scholarships, emergency assistance, and employee support programs that strengthen and serve the federal workforce.

NARFE (National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association)
NARFE enables FEP to engage with one of the largest organizations representing active and retired federal employees. Through sponsorships, conferences, educational outreach, and member engagement, FEP helps individuals better understand their health benefits, stay informed about available programs and resources, and support informed healthcare decisions throughout every stage of federal service and retirement.

A-PLUS (African American Postal League United for Success)
A-PLUS provides FEP with a trusted connection to postal employees through a respected organization dedicated to leadership, professional development, and advocacy. Together, we collaborate through sponsorships, conferences, exhibits, and educational presentations to increase awareness of FEP benefits, wellness programs, and resources.

UPMA (United Postmasters and Managers of America)
UPMA enables FEP to engage directly with postal managers and leaders across the country, creating meaningful opportunities to educate members about their health benefits and available resources. Through national conferences, sponsorships, exhibits, and educational sessions, we strengthen our relationship with the postal community while supporting informed healthcare decisions.

NAPS (National Association of Postal Supervisors)
Serving postal supervisors, managers, and postmasters nationwide, NAPS gives FEP valuable opportunities to connect with leaders throughout the Postal Service. Our collaboration includes conference sponsorships, leadership meetings, exhibits, and educational outreach that promote health, wellness, and greater understanding of FEP benefits.
