When you complete activities that support your health, we think you should get rewarded. Eligible Standard and Basic Option members* can earn up to $170 a year with our Wellness Incentive Program. FEP Blue Focus members** can earn rewards for getting their annual checkup with our Routine Annual Physical Incentive Program.

The fepblue app puts your benefits in the palm of your hand.
