With telehealth services, you can connect with a board-certified doctor 24/7. Start by answering a brief medical history questionnaire, similar to questions asked during a traditional doctor visit.

Get care by web, phone or mobile app. Average wait time to speak with a provider is less than 15 minutes. You’ll also pay less than an office visit.

In an emergency, always call 911 or go to your local emergency services immediately.

New in 2019: Dermatology Services
Licensed dermatologists are available* for treatment of skin, nail and hair issues, such as:

  • Acne and rosacea
  • Psoriasis and eczema
  • Skin infections and rashes
  • Moles and warts
  • And more

Images of any of the above issues can be uploaded and shared with the doctor. Treatment options will be provided within two days.

*Dermatology services are currently not available in Idaho.

Behavioral health therapists are available for adults (age 18+) by appointment to provide ongoing support for:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Depression
  • Substance use disorder
  • Grief and family difficulties
  • And more

Select a therapist online, schedule an appointment and get confirmation within 48 hours. Appointments must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
