Having high blood pressure significantly increases your risk for serious health conditions, such as heart attack, stroke, heart failure and kidney disease. The best way to know if you have high blood pressure is to visit your doctor and have your numbers checked on a regular basis.
The Hypertension Management Program can help FEP Blue Focus members monitor their blood pressure at home with a blood pressure monitor at no out-of-pocket cost.* Eligible Standard and Basic Option members can get one as well.

As a member, you also have access to a variety of WebMD tools and resources that help you manage, monitor and understand your condition. These include:
Knowing your numbers is the first step. Visit your doctor and have your blood pressure checked. We can help you find a Preferred provider in your area if you need one.
