FEP knows many of you have serious concerns and questions regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), especially as it continues to significantly impact our daily lives. Our coverage commitment is to ensure our members can quickly access the right care at the right time.

COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive Program: Deadline extended

September 3, 2021

Earn $50 when you get vaccinated by December 31
Due to overwhelming interest in our new COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive Program, we are extending the deadline for your first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Now you can earn $50 on your MyBlue® Wellness Card when you receive at least one dose by December 31.

Get vaccinated by December 31st and earn $50
 

The vaccines are our most powerful tool to stop the spread of COVID-19. Do your part and get vaccinated by December 31, 2021. Eligible members* can earn $50 on their MyBlue® Wellness Card when they submit their vaccination record.

*You must be a Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan member, 18 or older, with a MyBlue account to earn this reward. You're eligible if you receive at least one dose of an FDA-authorized vaccine between 2020 and December 31, 2021. Find out More

Access to the right care at the right time

 

To ensure you have access to the right care at the right time, FEP is waiving cost shares and prior authorization to support members’ care for COVID-19.

  • No cost share for COVID-19 vaccines.
  • No prior authorizations for diagnostic tests and covered services.
  • No cost share for diagnostic tests or treatment.
  • No early medication refill limits.
  • No copays for telehealth services provided by Teladoc®.

For members who aren’t feeling well, telehealth services are available so you can get care at home. FEP will waive copays for all virtual doctor visits by Teladoc® during this time.
