1. Cucumber is 95% water and one serving has just 8 calories. It’s also a good source of fiber, vitamin K and vitamin A.

2. Tomatoes are made up of 95% water. Plus, they are a good source of vitamins and minerals, like vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium and folate. Snack tip: add a dash of salt to sliced tomato and nom away!

3. Celery is made mostly of water and it has plenty of fiber. Snack tip: use almond or peanut butter along with raisins or honey for a healthy bite!

4. Watermelon is 92% water and 100% delicious. Even better, watermelon contains powerful antioxidants and nutrients.

5. Peaches are made up of 88% water. But they also contain plenty of fiber, making them good for feeling full.

6. Summer squash and zucchini are made of nearly 95% water and offer a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

7. Bell peppers are loaded with water—and free radical-fighting antioxidants.
