Juices That Are Worth The Squeeze

It can sometimes be hard to fit your daily recommendation of fruits and vegetables into every meal. These juice recipes are a great way to fit more nutrients into one snack, plus they’re just naturally sweet enough for kids who are picky eaters.

Healthy Green Juice Recipe

This juice is a combo of parsley, spinach, pears and celery, which packs a big punch of bone-supporting vitamin K. Process ingredients through a juicer according to the manufacturer's directions.

3 cups spinach

1/2 lemon

2 medium pears

6 large stalks celery

Ice cubes

Carrot-Orange Juice

Vegetables, fruit, vitamin A, vitamin C and gluten-free. Wow! This juice really has it all. Process ingredients through a juicer according to the manufacturer's directions.

INGREDIENTS

1 medium yellow tomato, cut into wedges

1 medium orange, peeled and quartered

1 medium apple, cut into eighths

4 large carrots, peeled

Ice cubes (optional)
