Antioxidants are the powerhouses of the food world. They fight signs of aging, combat inflammation, and can even help you lose weight. Consider adding these six unexpected sources of antioxidants to your diet.

  1. Pistachios
    They’re full of healthy fats and rich in flavonoids, a class of antioxidants that are strongly anti-inflammatory.

  2. Mushrooms
    Mushrooms are low in calories and high in ergothioneine, an antioxidant that some scientists say may be used to fight cancer in the future.

  3. Coffee
