Two great plan options — get the most when you use our network
High Option
- Best for people who expect more extensive dental work, like crowns, root canals, implants or braces – and want more coverage to help manage those costs
- An unlimited annual maximum for covered services when you see an in-network dentist
- Lower cost-share, in or out-of-network
- A $3,500 lifetime maximum per person for orthodontic services
Standard Option
- Great for people who mostly need routine checkups, cleanings and occasional fillings – and want to save with a lower monthly premium
- Coverage for basic, intermediate and major services with a $1,500 annual maximum per person when you see an in-network dentist
- Coverage for orthodontic services with a $2,500 lifetime maximum per person when you see an in-network orthodontist
