Say Bye-Bye To Boring Lunches

You might feel like you’ve been traveling less and cooking more these days, but that doesn’t mean your meals have to be boring. Take your palate on a world tour this week with a different type of cuisine for lunch every day.

Monday
Start the week over in the Far East with one of China’s classic dishes: sesame noodles with chicken. It only takes 20 minutes to make and comes in at around 460 calories per serving.

Tuesday
Tuesday has us feeling a little French. And there’s nothing better in cooler weather than quick French onion soup. High in fiber, low in cholesterolthis lunch deserves a chef’s kiss.

Wednesday
What better way to get through Wednesday than with a little taste of the Mediterranean? This Mediterranean chopped salad is flavorful, meat-free and only 113 calories per serving.

Thursday
Head down South on Thursday and try these 20-minute crab cake burgers. They’re low calorie, low sodium, low in saturated fat and we call that a win-win-win.

Friday
Close out the week with a little Latin flair. This chipotle chicken quinoa burrito bowl is packed with fiber and protein to keep you feeling full long after your lunch break has ended.
