Telehealth Services-Blue Cross and Blue Shield's Federal Employee Program

Telehealth Services

Starting January 1, 2018, all you need is your phone or computer to connect with board-certified doctors 24/7.

We’ve partnered with Teladoc® to offer you an easy way to get the care you need. Talk to a board-certified doctor by phone or video 24/7.

These doctors can treat minor injuries and illnesses, such as:

  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Sprains and strains
  • Allergies
  • Bronchitis
  • Pink eye
  • Rashes
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Arthritis
  • Backaches

The median wait time is just 10 minutes. You’ll also pay less than you would for traditional care in a doctor’s office.

Therapists are also available and will allow you to get ongoing support for stress, anxiety, depression, substance use disorder and more.
