Mail Service Pharmacy Program

The Mail Service Pharmacy Program is a convenient and cost-effective way to get your maintenance or long-term drugs. These are drugs you take regularly, and need to take long term.

The Mail Service Pharmacy Program is a convenient and cost-effective way to get your maintenance or long-term drugs. These are drugs you take regularly, and need to take long term. Examples might include drugs for high blood pressure, arthritis or other chronic conditions. You can get up to a 90-day supply (minimum 22-day supply) of your drug(s) through the Mail Service Pharmacy for one copayment. You also have access to a registered pharmacist, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Filling a Prescription

There are a number of convenient ways to fill your prescription:

    By Mail

    • Complete the Mail Service Prescription Drug Form
    • Mail the form along with your prescription and the appropriate copayment to:

    By Phone

    • For new prescriptions, have your doctor contact CVS/caremark toll-free at 1-800-378-5697 or have your doctor fax your prescription to CVS/caremark at 1-800-378-0323
    • For refills, call toll-free at 1-877-FEP-FILL (1-877-337-3455)

    Online

    • For refills, you may also place an order by clicking here and logging in to your MyBlue account. If you’re never registered for MyBlue, you’ll need to create an account. You’ll need your member ID card and a PIN to register. Call the customer service number on the back of your member ID card to receive the PIN during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
    • Once you are logged in to your account, select the Refill Mail Order Rx link under the Pharmacy tab, and follow the prompts.

If the cost of your prescription is less than your copayment, you pay only the cost of your prescription. The Mail Service Pharmacy Program will charge you the lesser of the prescription cost or copayment when you place your order.

Claim History

To see your detailed prescription history, including information on refills, date of last fill and amount paid, you can view your Financial Dashboard on MyBlue. Your Financial Dashboard gives you an easy-to-understand summary of your healthcare financial data, and shows where you may be able to save money.
