MyBlue Benefit Statement gives you a summary of your medical and pharmacy claims, your out-of-pocket expenses, and a quick summary of your Service Benefit Plan coverage. You can use your MyBlue Benefit Statement to plan and budget for any future medical care or prescription drug expenses.
Accessing MyBlue Benefit Statement
You can connect to Blue Health Connection and the online tools from our homepage by clicking on My Blue.
To access your MyBlue Benefit Statement online, you must register on the Blue Health Connection web site and get a Personal Identification Number or PIN, if you have not done so already. Once you register, you will receive a PIN in the mail. Your registration and PIN allows you to access not only the MyBlue Benefit Statement but also the BHC web site, the Blue Health Assessment, MyBlue Personal Health Record and other tools available under Blue Health Connection.
What is the MyBlue Benefit Statement?
MyBlue Benefit Statements are individual statements for each family member covered under your Service Benefit Plan enrollment. The Statements are issued quarterly.
MyBlue Benefit Statement includes medical and pharmacy claims submitted and processed under your Service Benefit Plan coverage. The accumulated deductible, coinsurance and other out-of-pocket costs are also provided from our claims' records.
