Go Green With Our Online Explanation Of Benefits

Did you know you can now view your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms online? You can and it's easy. You can also opt in to going paperless which means you will no longer get paper EOBs in the mail from your local Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plan.

First go to our homepage and click on the Customer eService feature on the "Go Paperless" banner on our homepage. If you have not signed on to Customer eService before, you will need to create sign-on information before you go any further.

Once you access the Customer eService homepage, click on Member Claims and Eligibility. Enter the range of dates for EOBs you would like to view then click on the EOB link. You can view, download and save the EOBs to your personal computer, or print the information.

If you decide to go paperless and only want to access your EOBs electronically through Customer eService, click on the EOB Mailing Preference link. This allows you to opt in to online EOBs only. Once you sign-up, you just use the Member Claims and Eligibility link to view your information.
