What's New On Customer eService?
Would you like to manage your enrollment online? Our Customer eService feature on fepblue.org gives you instant access to all your enrollment information and is available when it is convenient for you. It is like having your own personal Customer Service Representative when you need it and on your time schedule.
If you have used Customer eService in the past, you already know that you can request duplicate ID cards and change your address online at anytime. You can also make changes to your enrollment to add the birth or adoption of a child, your marriage or divorce. If you have other health insurance coverage, except for Medicare, you can add this information as well. Finally, you can email your local Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plan questions about your coverage.
Check on some of the features that help us provide better customer service and help you take more control of your health care issues..
- You can now access your Explanation of Benefit forms online through Customer eService. You will be able to see and print information for claims processed after October 16, 2009 for you and your family. If you want to go green and not get any more paper Explanation of Benefits, you can opt-in to our paperless program. Just select the "EOB Mailing Preference" link.
- You will also be able to add your work and mobile phone numbers to update our enrollment records. As the world and technology changes, it is important that we have alternative methods for contacting our members about benefit information, claims information and enrollment issues. All the information in our enrollment records, including your phone numbers, is confidential and secure.
