Earn rewards for taking charge of your health with our Wellness Incentive Program . Both Standard Option and Basic Option members can earn up to $75 on the MyBlue Wellness Card by completing the Blue Health Assessment and eligible Online Health Coach goals.

Blue Health Assessment 

What you don’t know can hurt you. Take the redesigned Blue Health Assessment (BHA) to address health risks before they become issues and earn $40 on your MyBlue Wellness Card. Answer simple questions and in just 10 minutes receive a clear, concise, personalized approach to a healthier you. You can even take the BHA multiple times throughout the year to update your plan and see your progress.

You may also receive up to an additional $35 on your card for achieving Online Health Coach goals related to a healthy lifestyle in the areas of exercise, nutrition, stress, weight management, and emotional health. You may choose to complete goals in any of these five areas, earning rewards for up to a maximum of three goals per calendar year.
